Join Victoria Keen and other flower lovers for an intimate, inspiring, and joyful plant dye workshop.

Learn the alchemical and magical art of imbuing flowers into fabric. Humans have forever been coaxing color from their natural environment.

You will receive a prepared for dye silk scarf to work on and many flowers Victoria grew and other dye pigments to use, and a detailed PDF with instructions so you can continue your dye journey.

About Victoria:

Victoria Keen is a mother, healer, fabric alchemist, and avid gardener.  She believes a natural dye practice can be a moving meditation, imparting awe and wonder into the everyday world that surrounds us.

A third generation textile designer, she holds a BFA in Textiles from Parsons School of Design, and combines her meditation, herbal and healing work to create her unique plant and food dye practice.

In Victoria’s former career as a fashion designer, sustainability was at the center of her endeavors.  Now, as a teacher and guide her intention is to ignite and inspire her students’ own innate creativity by slowing down and engaging with the natural world.

Inviting curiosity and imagination by using food waste, a magical process is revealed.  What was previously seen as ordinary refuse in the environment becomes a free and Earth friendly way to alchemize fabric.
