Menstrual cramps arrive like clockwork for some of us. For others they are an occasional uncomfortable event. Cramp Support is a companion for soothing the spasms and supporting the nerves. Nepeta is the key herb, a mint family plant with a specific indication for soothing menstrual cramps when extracted fresh. Kava is extracted fresh and added to the formula in a small part as an antispasmodic specific to the internal reproductive system. Chamomile is an aromatic herb included to improve the mood and relieve some of the stress & anxiety of experiencing menstrual cramps. Ginger is the formula catalyst, encouraging blood flow and adding warmth.

Dosage: Shake before use. 1-5 dropperfuls in a small amount of water for use during the onset or duration of menstrual cramps.
